We now have even more precision in the brushless motors. The motor programme of Kern Antriebstechnik now includes a new series of brushless motors. These precision motors show their special advantages as exact adjusting motors for fine mechanical processing machines. Low residual torque and best synchronization, two important product features of all Kern motors, were also incorporated into the new brushless series.
EXTREMELY ACCURATE POSITIONING POSSIBLE
The brushless motors have more pole pairs than most motors, and therefore stand out clearly from the standard. This not only minimizes the residual torque, but also the positioning Hall sensors make it much more precise. Another distinct advantage is the special winding technology used in the motor. It allows an extremely compact geometry, so that the height is kept very flat. The exact positioning possibilities and low residual torque, together with the compact design, make the drive a perfect adjusting motor where exact and reproducible results are expected of quality machines.
POSITIONING MOTOR FOR PRECISION MACHINES
Due to the special design, not only is the residual torque very low but the synchronism is also extremely precise, even at very low speeds. This is especially useful where sensitive machines and production parts require a precise, slow positioning without vibration.
