The motor programme of Kern Antriebstechnik has been extended again by an ultra-flat, brushless motor, which shows its advantages especially in special installation situations. Here again emphasis has been placed on absolute precision.
This new Kern motor technology fits exactly into the previous portfolio of precision motors, with the best synchronization and low residual torque, two important product features of all Kern motors.

POSITIONING WITH EXCEPTIONAL GEOMETRY
All Kern brushless motors have more pole pairs than most motors, and therefore stand out clearly from the standard. The result is a minimal residual torque and positioning by means of Hall sensors becomes much more precise. Another clear advantage is the special winding technology applied in the motor which allows an extremely compact geometry, so that the overall height is kept very flat.

SENSITIVE PARTS NEED PRECISE DRIVES
Due to the special design, not only is the residual torque very low, also the synchronization is particularly precise, even at very low speeds. This is especially advantageous for sensitive machines and production parts where a precise, slow, vibration free, approach to the intended position is necessary.
